Cancellation & Refund Policy
In my commitment to providing a unique and outstanding bodywork experience to all of my clients, and out of consideration for my time, I have the following policies:
Late or Missed Appointments
Time for your appointment has been allocated for you. Late arrival may result in a shortened session time in order that I can accommodate appointments following you. Full payment for your session will be required.
Our time is important to us all. If you cannot keep an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible by calling the studio and leaving a message if the call is unable to be answered. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the appointment time will incur the full fee.
Inappropriate Conduct
Please be aware that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
